Since each ring is handcrafted after you order, please allow 21 days for crafting plus 5-7 days for shipping. Total delivery time is approximately 26-28 days from order confirmation.

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping. Please contact us if you need delivery outside India.

We offer Indian ring sizes from 5 to 25. If you need a size outside this range, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Since each ring is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days and will repair or replace any ring with manufacturing defects.

Every ring comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your ring shows any manufacturing issues, contact us anytime and we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we'll either repair or completely remake your ring at no cost to you.

We offer 9K (37.5% pure), 14K (58.5% pure), and 18K (75% pure) gold. 18K offers the richest color and is most hypoallergenic, while 9K and 14K are more durable for daily wear.

We use natural diamonds and a variety of precious gemstones including moissanite, sapphires, emeralds, and rubies. All our stones are ethically sourced and come with certification.

Yes, all diamonds 0.30 carats and above come with certification from reputable gemological laboratories.

Gold doesn't tarnish. However, white gold may require re-plating over time as the rhodium coating wears naturally. We offer affordable re-plating services.
