Why We Don't Accept Returns

At Proposal Rings, every ring is a one-of-a-kind creation. Unlike ready-made jewelry, your ring is:

• Made from scratch after you place your order
• Crafted to your exact specifications (metal type, stone, carat, size)
• Handcrafted by skilled artisans over 21 days
• Unique to you and cannot be resold

Because of this custom nature, we cannot accept returns. This policy allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and keep our prices fair for everyone.

Free Size Exchange

We understand that getting the right ring size can be tricky. That's why we offer one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How Size Exchange Works

Exchange Conditions

• Ring must be in unworn condition (no scratches or damage)
• Original packaging and certificate must be included
• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• One free exchange per order (additional exchanges at cost)
• Size change is limited to ±2 sizes from original

Manufacturing Defects

While rare, if you receive a ring with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• We'll inspect and verify the defect
• If confirmed, we'll either repair or remake your ring at no cost
• Full replacement with same specifications

What Counts as a Defect

• Loose or missing stones
• Visible cracks or structural issues
• Incorrect metal type or stone type
• Significant deviation from ordered specifications

What's Not Considered a Defect

• Minor variations in handcrafted items (expected and normal)
• Natural inclusions in gemstones
• Slight color variations in metals
• Damage caused after delivery

Order Cancellation

Since your ring is made specifically for you:

• Within 24 hours: Full refund if order hasn't entered production
• After 24 hours: Orders cannot be cancelled once crafting begins

We begin work on your ring immediately to meet the 21-day delivery timeline, which is why early cancellation is limited.

Lifetime Quality Guarantee

Every Proposal Rings piece comes with our lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your ring shows any manufacturing issues, contact us anytime and we'll repair or replace it.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Modifications made by other jewelers
• Cosmetic changes over time
