Unlike mass-produced jewelry, every Proposal Rings piece is handcrafted from scratch specifically for you. This ensures the highest quality and allows for complete customization.

You'll receive updates at key stages:
- Order Confirmed: When we receive your order and payment
- Crafting Started: When our artisans begin making your ring
- Quality Check: When your ring passes our inspection
- Shipped: When your ring is dispatched with tracking details

Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad - Fastest delivery
- Tier 2 Cities: 1-2 additional days
- Remote Areas: 2-4 additional days
Note: International shipping is not currently available. Please contact us if you need delivery outside India.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
- Email notification with tracking number
- SMS updates on delivery status
- WhatsApp updates (if opted in)
You can also track your order anytime from your Account Dashboard.
Delivery Instructions
To ensure successful delivery:
- Provide accurate and complete address including landmarks
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates
- Valid ID may be required for high-value deliveries
Signature Required
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This ensures your valuable package reaches the right hands. The recipient must present a valid government-issued ID.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- First Attempt: Courier will attempt redelivery next business day
- Second Attempt: We'll contact you to arrange a suitable time
- After 3 Attempts: Package will be held at the nearest hub for pickup
Packages not collected within 7 days will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of:
- Lost Package: We'll investigate and either ship a replacement or provide a full refund
- Damaged Package: Please do not accept visibly damaged packages. Contact us immediately with photos
